ava77brem RARER than most think ... these unusual stickers, of Italian-production origins that are obscured under the Anglo American sounding name, Ava Americana, were to flank Panini's first openly Italian post-EEC (pre-EU) entry into The British Isles, in 1977. Notwithstanding stickers by 'Top Sellers' (a cover organisation, for those "printed by Panini" stickers - and funded by Panini too, through a Soho publisher-house of erotica, to put it delicately) no Italian sticker empires had made it into GB/UK/BI before the EEC-1976  changes to trade laws. This series was the joint-first, alongside rival Panini's Euro Football (1977) series. These days to find these stickers un-used is quite a rare event indeed.
